AGES: (8-11) & (12 & OVER)
Cheerleaders begin each class with a series of warm up and flexibility exercises and will end with polymetric drills and strength conditioning. This class focuses on improving cheerleading skills including: presentation skills, correct technique of basic through advanced tumbling and jumps. The trampoline and foam training pit will be utilized to enhance these skills. Cheerleaders of all levels would benefit from this program.
